A good business woman is a realist...

So here it is blog number two and only half the anxiety this time… Thank goodness! All I can say is, wow, wow, wow!!! It’s been two weeks since The Female CEO officially launched and I am completely overwhelmed with how fast things have happened!

A good business woman is a realist

...and I’m defiantly one of them, I know how hard starting a business can be, whilst I know I’m good at what I do that doesn’t mean people are going to come flocking to help or support my new venture. That’s not only business, but life. Its very well known that strangers will support you more than your own friends and family. I’m also the new kid on the block when it comes to business coaching and mentoring, and getting your name out there takes time and patience - along with A LOT of hard work.

So, with everything I do I set myself a goal! My goal for The Female CEO was to take on two clients in the first three months. Of course, I wanted to do more than that but again I’m a realist and know the first three months in a new business is the hardest. Did you know 43% of new business fail within the first 3 months?! So, the pressure is on! I want this to be a success! I want to help people out there grow their businesses, have the lifestyle that they want, whilst creating their dreams and achieving their goals. So, there I was scrolling through Instagram where I notice 10 plus messages in my requests, I didn’t think to even check straight away but there they were, some of the most amazing business woman asking for my help! My goal of 2 clients within 3 months was achieved within 1 day! 1 day I couldn’t believe it! 2 weeks later I have 7 clients all trying to succeed and grow! Not only for the power hour sessions we offer, but for the monthly business coaching! And we already have results coming in. I’m so, so, so, proud of every single one of them, they have made the first move to change their lives and have already started seeing results and I get to be with them on this journey.

Heres a message I received from one of my girls that literally had me welling up:

‘’Hey babe, I hope you’re ok and the boys are on the mend. I just wanted to give you a message because honestly, I can’t explain the impact our 1-1 session has had. I will be honest I didn’t really think I would ever need a business coach! I thought its simple, keep posting and I will get busy. But there really is so much more to it! I was worried I would pay for a session, and nothing would come from it, and I would be in a worse off situation. Since our chat and plan was put into action, I’ve taken on 11 new clients! Completely new ones. Plus, 7 old clients that haven’t been to me for a few months, in the whole of April I had 5 people booked in and made around £300. Since last Monday I have made £1250! Not only is that my busiest and most profitable week ever, I also have bookings throughout the whole of May. You have completely changed my mind set; I’ve gone from doubting, making this jump, to feeling so positive!! I’ve even been looking at holidays! I know I need to walk before I run but I know having our monthly meetings is going to take me so far. Honestly Charlie, thank you so much.’’

Messages like this is the reason I absolutely love doing what I do! It’s the most rewarding thing knowing these amazing girls are benefits from the work we do at The Female CEO.
